Black Pepper Liquid Extract carries piperine glycosides with flavonoid glycosides and polysaccharides from Piper nigrum fruit. Free piperine is poorly water-soluble, which is why a 95 percent piperine isolate is an oleoresin product rather than an aqueous one — a water-derived liquid carries the bound fraction. Confirm whether the piperine figure refers to free or total piperine. Black Pepper Water-Soluble Extract — known as Kali Mirch in Hindi, Milagu in Tamil, Marichamu in Telugu, Nallamulaku in Malayalam, Kali Mirachi in Marathi, and Kala Morich in Bengali (Piper nigrum).

FAQs

What are the primary formulation applications of Black Pepper?
Most buyers use it in liquid bioavailability premixes, beverage bases and Ayurvedic preparations. As with any new water-soluble extract, pilot-test in your specific base before committing to a full production run.

Which carrier should I choose — water, propylene glycol or glycerin?
Water alone suits most aqueous formulations. Propylene glycol improves cold-stability and solvency in preserved systems; glycerin gives a milder, skin-friendlier carrier for leave-on formulations. PG and glycerin variants are offered at 500 g and 1 Kg, with PG also available at 5 Kg.
