Caper Bush Liquid Extract yields rutin with kaempferol glycosides and glucocapparin from Capparis spinosa flower bud. Caper bud is among the richest natural sources of rutin, and rutin is more polar than the aglycone quercetin but remains only sparingly water-soluble, so recovery from aqueous extraction is limited. Specify bud; root bark carries a different profile.

FAQs
What are the primary formulation applications of Caper Bush?
Most buyers use it in liver-category liquid formulations and cosmetic water phases. As with any new water-soluble extract, pilot-test in your specific base before committing to a full production run.
Which carrier should I choose — water, propylene glycol or glycerin?
Water alone suits most aqueous formulations. Propylene glycol improves cold-stability and solvency in preserved systems; glycerin gives a milder, skin-friendlier carrier for leave-on formulations. PG and glycerin variants are offered at 500 g and 1 Kg, with PG also available at 5 Kg.
