Champaca Liquid Extract carries linalool glucoside with quercetin and kaempferol glycosides from Magnolia champaca flower. Linalool occurs in bound glucosidic form as well as free, and it is the bound fraction that is preferentially recovered during aqueous extraction — the absolute carries the free alcohol instead. Do not specify this as an aroma source in place of the absolute. Champaca Water-Soluble Extract — known as Champa in Hindi, Sambagam (Shenbagam) in Tamil, and Chembakam in Malayalam (Magnolia champaca).
