Coconut Liquid Extract delivers coconut galactomannan with phytosterols and natural sugars from Cocos nucifera fruit. This is a fruit extract, not MCT oil or coconut flour — the medium-chain lipids are present but not concentrated the way a fractionated oil delivers them. Note that US labelling treats coconut as a tree nut although EU allergen rules do not. Coconut Water-Soluble Extract — known as Nariyal in Hindi and Thengu in Malayalam (Cocos nucifera).
