Ginger Liquid Extract presents gingerdiol glucosides with ginger polysaccharides and phenolic acids from Zingiber officinale rhizome. Gingerols are poorly water-soluble; the documented water-phase forms are the gingerdiol glucosides, and ginger oleoresin is a different material built on free gingerols. Do not carry oleoresin gingerol figures across to this material. Ginger Water-Soluble Extract — known as Adrak in Hindi, Inji in Tamil, Allam in Telugu, Inchi in Malayalam, Aale in Marathi, and Ada in Bengali (Zingiber officinale).

FAQs
What are the primary formulation applications of Ginger?
Most buyers use it in digestive liquid formulations, beverage bases and flavour premixes. As with any new water-soluble extract, pilot-test in your specific base before committing to a full production run.
Which carrier should I choose — water, propylene glycol or glycerin?
Water alone suits most aqueous formulations. Propylene glycol improves cold-stability and solvency in preserved systems; glycerin gives a milder, skin-friendlier carrier for leave-on formulations. PG and glycerin variants are offered at 500 g and 1 Kg, with PG also available at 5 Kg.
