Honey Liquid Extract delivers pinocembrin with chrysin and phenolic acids from Apis mellifera honey. Choose the extract over spray-dried honey powder where the flavonoid fraction is the target rather than the sugars — the sugar load is what makes honey powder difficult to formulate with. Animal-derived, not vegan; not suitable for infants under 12 months.

FAQs
What are the primary formulation applications of Honey?
Most buyers use it in throat-category liquid formulations and cosmetic water phases. As with any new water-soluble extract, pilot-test in your specific base before committing to a full production run.
Which carrier should I choose — water, propylene glycol or glycerin?
Water alone suits most aqueous formulations. Propylene glycol improves cold-stability and solvency in preserved systems; glycerin gives a milder, skin-friendlier carrier for leave-on formulations. PG and glycerin variants are offered at 500 g and 1 Kg, with PG also available at 5 Kg.
