Kewra Liquid Extract delivers p-coumaric acid with rutin and flower mucilage from Pandanus odoratissimus male inflorescence. Kewra water and kewra attar are distillates built on 2-phenylethyl methyl ether; a water-derived extract carries the phenolic and mucilage fraction instead. Do not specify this as an aroma source in place of kewra water. Kewra Flower Water-Soluble Extract — known as Kewra (Ketaki) in Hindi and Kevada (Ketaki) in Marathi (Pandanus odoratissimus).
