Papaya Fruit Liquid Extract delivers papain with fruit pectin and ascorbic acid from Carica papaya. Papain is a cysteine protease concentrated in the latex of unripe fruit, so ripeness at harvest determines whether meaningful enzyme activity is present. Specify potassium sorbate where ascorbic acid is retained; benzoate systems at low pH are not preferred alongside ascorbate. Papaya Fruit Water-Soluble Extract — known as Papita in Hindi, Pappali in Tamil, Boppayi in Telugu, Kappanga (Koppakkaya) in Malayalam, Papai (Popai) in Marathi, and Pepe in Bengali (Carica papaya).

FAQs
What are the primary formulation applications of Papaya Fruit?
Most buyers use it in digestive liquid formulations and cosmetic water phases. As with any new water-soluble extract, pilot-test in your specific base before committing to a full production run.
Which carrier should I choose — water, propylene glycol or glycerin?
Water alone suits most aqueous formulations. Propylene glycol improves cold-stability and solvency in preserved systems; glycerin gives a milder, skin-friendlier carrier for leave-on formulations. PG and glycerin variants are offered at 500 g and 1 Kg, with PG also available at 5 Kg.
