Parsley Leaf Liquid Extract provides apiin with myricetin glycosides and vitamin C from Petroselinum crispum leaf. Apiin is the characteristic parsley flavone glycoside and sits in the leaf; petroselinic acid is a seed lipid and belongs to a different product. Specify leaf and an apiin figure. Specify potassium sorbate where ascorbic acid is retained; benzoate systems at low pH are not preferred alongside ascorbate.

FAQs
What are the primary formulation applications of Parsley Leaf?
Most buyers use it in green beverage bases, cosmetic water phases and liquid nutraceuticals. As with any new water-soluble extract, pilot-test in your specific base before committing to a full production run.
Which carrier should I choose — water, propylene glycol or glycerin?
Water alone suits most aqueous formulations. Propylene glycol improves cold-stability and solvency in preserved systems; glycerin gives a milder, skin-friendlier carrier for leave-on formulations. PG and glycerin variants are offered at 500 g and 1 Kg, with PG also available at 5 Kg.
